Setting Firefox – here you will find instructions on how to set the way Mozilla Firefox prints web forms.   A web browser is typically set to print a header and a footer which references the page and a web address. To print a clean page with no reference follow these simple instructions.

 

Click the File button on the tool bar.

Click the Page Setup in the menu.

 

Clear the Header and Footer options field.

 

Under Headers & Footers click the drop down menu and select blank for each setting.

Make sure the Margins are set at 0.75 top, bottom and sides

 

After changing all the options to ---blank--- click OK.

To restore back to default: Simply repeat the instructions above and use the drop downs to add Header and Footer options.
